Webever provides permanent web hosting services using blockchain technology. Upon payment, your website content will be stored on a decentralized blockchain network for permanent access.

3. Payment Terms

Webever operates on a one-time payment model. The fee calculated for your website is based on storage requirements and estimated bandwidth usage. Payment must be made in full before your website is deployed to the blockchain.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of payment, provided your website has not yet been published to the blockchain. Once your content is written to the blockchain, it cannot be removed, and refunds are not available.

5. Content Restrictions

You agree not to upload or host content that:

  • Violates any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Promotes illegal activities
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
  • Violates privacy rights of others

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • All content uploaded to our service
  • Ensuring you have the right to publish all content
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations

7. Service Availability

While we strive for 100% uptime through blockchain technology, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Webever is not liable for any downtime or accessibility issues that may occur.

Webever shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

9. Updates and Modifications

Updates to your hosted content may require additional fees depending on the scope of changes. Minor updates may be included, but significant changes requiring additional storage will incur additional costs.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
